    Caring, intimate services, a warm professional staff and a beautifully appointed funeral home are what we provide to the families of our community.  The stunning new funeral home includes comfortable family rooms, a spacious 200 seat chapel, a convenient family lounge, and sunlit atrium.  Kimes Funeral Home & Cremation Services is also conveniently located downtown, just off the new Route 50 by-pass and offers spacious, well lit parking areas.

Cremation
   Because more people are choosing cremation, we take special care in making those arrangements for you.  With cremation, your service options are widely varied.  Some people choose simple cremation with no services.  Others prefer to include a memorial service and yet many others prefer some tradition with viewing of the body and a funeral service, followed by cremation.  Whatever your preference, we can help you with those services.  Our cost for simple cremation begins at $995.

Aftercare Services
   We believe in after care services.  Many families still require guidance, direction, and answers after the formal services have been concluded.  That's why our counselors are dedicated to providing support and information to our grieving families in an effort to help them deal with their loss and enable them to return to a normal life.  We often recommend literature and videotapes on the topic of loss, grief, and the healing process, as well as encourage families to attend local lectures on these subjects.
